We apply in vitro and in vivo study models with multidisciplinary techniques, including (1) 2D polarized and 3D cell culture systems, (2) biochemical analyses, (3) animal models (mouse, pig, and dog), (4) spatial multiomics (including proteomics, RNAseq) (5) ex vivo organ culture and co-culture systems, and (6) advanced imaging systems (including live-cell imaging, light-sheet microscopy, electron microscopy), (7) digital spatial profiling (8) inducible transgenic animals (Cre-LoxP system) to address our research questions.
