研究室簡介：
Our research interests are to understand the effects of cell-cell crosstalk and free radicals on mammalian fertilization processes, fibrosis progression, and tissue regeneration and, most importantly, how these processes are regulated in vivo. We apply in vitro and in vivo study models with multidisciplinary techniques, including
(1) 2D polarized and 3D cell culture systems,
(2) biochemical analyses,
(3) animal models (mouse, pig, and dog),
(4) spatial multi-omics (including proteomics, transcriptomic, and lipidomics)
(5) polarized co-culture systems, and
(6) advanced imaging systems,
(7) genetically modified animal models to address our research questions.
